Personal Appearance and Attitude

Appearance: Tseng has long black hair, which is usually slicked back from his face or pulled back into a poneytail. He has what appears to be a tilak in the middle of his forehead and tends to stick to the dress code, a suit and tie (either blue or black). He average height, but he has a very athletic build, due to his maintained Turk Training. He is always clean shaven and his suits are always perfectly pressed. No hair is out of place on this Turk.

Personality: Tseng is very professional. He knows when he has to get work done and when he can relax. He also has amazing control of his temper, since he has to deal with alot of the antics from the rest of the Turks, but sometimes, his controal slips. On the outside, he appears cold and uncaring, but in truth he is always concerned about the people whom he works with and to some extent, his enemies. When he is off duty, Tseng is more open and less professional than he is at the office or when he is on a mission, though most of the other Turks don't get to see this side of Tseng because he wants to make sure things stay professional while at work. Tseng is also a perfectionist and expects those he works with to get all of their assignments done perfectly, or as close as they can.

Strengths and Weaknesses

Abilities/Strengths: Tseng is a natural leader and tactician. He knows which Turk to send on which assignment and when to call in backup. He also knows when to fight and when to retreat during a mission and does whatever he can to take the road of least bloodshed.

Weapons: 9mm semiautomatic handgun, though he is not in current possession of it, and his mind.

Weaknesses: Though he has a great tactical mind, Tseng tends to be a bit of a pacifist and in doing so, he puts himself and the people who work under him in some unneeded danger. Also, he will focus on one cretin goal at different times and not see everything else going on around him.

History

Tseng has been with the Turks for over 10 years now, despite his age, and his life before joining the Turks is unknown. He worked under the former Turk leader Verdot, and when he first became leader, his first mission was to retrieve Zack and Cloud. He tried to retrieve Zack and Cloud in a nonviolent manner, but Shinra Soldiers prevented that, killing Zack and wounding Cloud. Before Tseng became the leader of the Turks, he trained both his body and his mind constantly in order to prove that he would make a good leader for the Turks. After becoming the leader, he still trained his body and mind so that he could continue to be a good leader. During an investigation it was assumed that he died, but he survived, although severely injured. On an even later mission he was captured by the Reminents of Sephiroth with a fellow Turk, Elena, and tortured. The two of them made it out alive and were able to help save their boss from injury from the Reminents.
